A full Environmental Impact Assessment process (including Environmental Management Plan) was undertaken for the construction of a new ring road in Ermelo, Msukaligwa Local Municipality, Mpumalanga Province on behalf of the South African National Rods Agency Limited.
The application also included a compilation of an Environmental Management Plan. This was a Greenfield project as it entailed route determination and preliminary design.
Environmental Authorisation was granted in November 2016.
