A Basic Assessment process was undertaken for the Psychiatric Wellness Centre and/or Wellness Clinic and/or Nursing Home and/or Institution with ancillary and subservient uses on Portion 122 (a portion of Portion 2) of the farm Zwavelpoort 373-JR, Tshwane. The aim of the development was to offer acute mental health care services in the area and City of Tshwane. The application also included a compilation of an Environmental Management Plan.
